The Multi-Engine Rating is an essential step towards advancing your aviation career.  The Mutli-Engine Rating  allows you to Captain an airplane for with two or more engines, and lets face it, when was the last time you saw American Airlines flying a single engine jet?

In this course you will learn about advanced aircraft systems and dive deeper into the theory of flight. You will also learn how to handle the loss of one engine in flight and how to secure your airplane and land on one engine. Its tougher than you think!.

Even if you are not interested in a career in aviation, the Multi-Engine rating is the way to go. The addition of power and speed will give you a rush only comparable to your first solo flight!

Not to mention, its SAFER to have two engines! If you lose an engine on a Cessna 172, all you can do is land in a field. If you lose an engine on a Multi-Engine airplane, you are not forced to land then and there, you still have an engine providing you thrust, so you can fly to the nearest airport as opposed to the nearest corn field.

The aircraft that you will be learning on is a Piper Seminole. This aircraft has two 180 Horse Power engines,  4 seats, retractable landing gear and variable pitch propellers. The aircraft cruises at roughly 160 M.P.H.
